Abstract:

Background and Aim: Consumption of the epidermis (COE) is defined as thinning of the epidermis with attenuation of the basal and suprabasal layers and loss of rete ridges in areas of direct contact with malignant melanocytes. The aim of this study was to investigate the importance of COE as an additional diagnostic criterion for malignant melanoma and to evaluate its relationship to clinicopathological findings.Methodes: The age, gender, localization of the lesion and the histopathological parameters such as tumor type, Breslow thickness, ulceration, and Clark’s level were recoeded in 90 malignant melanoma cases. Results: In contrast to other studies, we found that COE was more common in tumors with an acral localization and in the acral lentiginous melanoma. Conclusion: Although COE can be used as a pathological criterion in the diagnosis of malignant melanoma, but no correlation no of COE with ulceration and other prognostic factors were found.

Abstract:

The polite listener In England stares at the speaker attentively and blinks his eyes occasionally as a sign of interest. That eye-blink says nothing to Americans, who expect the listener to nod or to murmur something such as "mm - hmm”. And in some parts of  Far East, it is impolite to look at the other person at all during conversation. It is often argued that, in teaching foreign languages, Culture and language are interwoven in a way that it is not possible to present language without its Culture. However, until a new method of teaching language, called communicative approach, which is sociolinguistically oriented, had not come into existence, this belief was not used to be observed in textbooks and language classes. This method intends to create situations in the classroom in which foreign language can be used as naturally and authentically as the native speakers of target language use it for communicative purposes. The problem of teaching Culture, nevertheless, does not end here. Nowadays, foreign languages are taught with different and varied objectives. Is it necessary for all foreign language learners to get familiar with the Culture of foreign language they are supposed to learn? As Schumann (1984) claims, is it true that second language learning is impossible, unless one gives up his/her own native Culture and adopts the Culture of foreign language community? What are some relevant issues regarding teaching English in Iran? These are actually some basic questions raised in this article. Whereas definite answers are not necessarily provided in this paper, some areas of research related to Culture, and teaching foreign language are put forward.

Abstract:

Consumption, other than being referred to as an objective of production, distribution and all other economic activities, when changes noticeably effects all other macroeconomic variables like, production level, savings, employment, unemployment and inflation. In every society various factors are involved in shaping the Consumption patterns; most important of them being the Culture. In this article, we seek the answer to this question that: What kind of relationship exists between Culture and Consumption pattern of a society? What are the components, a Consumption pattern is made up of and how do they get influenced by Culture? To achieve the answers an analytical approach is used and, while assuming the society and its subordinate groups as a "system" and "related sub-systems", the relationship of components of Culture and Consumption pattern has been looked into. The findings of this article show that first of all, the components of Consumption pattern i.e. Consumption level, combination of consumptive goods and the manner of Consumption develop in the cultural environment of the society and, the Islamic principles governing Consumption also influence each of the three components. Secondly, Consumption pattern in our society other than its incompatibility with the production pattern (and consequently its negative influence on development), is also away from the required Consumption pattern from the religious viewpoint. And, due to the fact that both the present condition and the required one have cultural roots, it is not possible to create a fundamental change in it through economic tools alone, and its long term changes are essentially under the influence of changes in the cultural components related to it.

Abstract:

Human living style (s) has material and immaterial origins. Sociology using analytical tool of Culture, studies both material and immaterial components. One of the elements of immaterial cultural life style is epistemic. This article reviews civilization and urbanization process paying briefly to the characteristics and epistemological foundations of traditional, modern and post-modern lifestyles. In civilization process, human lifestyle has changed. These changes were examined in production and Consumption and also it is discussed about the civilized human’s unskillfulness in daily life and housekeeping, his alienation and captivity in an iron cage or global jungle.Production-Consumption craze of modernism and consumerism and forging of post modernism are among cases which have been criticized as destructive consequences of those two philosophies (modernism and post-modernism).

Abstract:

The modern city cannot be conceived without its productive role and the postmodern city without considering its Consumption role. Consumption is at the ideological core of the contemporary city, and one can thus say that the contemporary city is experiencing a transformation that is comparable in scale to the industrial revolution. Nowadays, Consumption is the main tool and force of economic and social change and an essential element in the construction of urban spaces; it also plays a vital role in shaping the identity and lifestyle of individuals. In the postmodern city not only goods and services but also public and semi-public spaces are consumed, and the Consumption role has become so pervasive in all aspects of the city that it has become an integral part of postmodern urban life. As such, one of the new and noteworthy features of the postmodern city is the Consumption of urban spaces and places and the key role of design in this process, the examples of which are clearly visible in the Iranian city. A glance at the contemporary Iranian city shows its move to integrate with the global consumer economy and society and its capitalist system. However, the application of Consumption theories in Iranian society with regard to the particular Iranian-Islamic cultural context must be exercised with caution because cultural values play an important role in Consumption patterns. Accordingly, it is necessary to examine the characteristics of the cultural Consumption of the city and to explain the components and dimensions of the Western and Iranian consumer city in the postmodern world. In this study a realistic approach and comparative study method is used to explain the consumer city in western Culture and compare it with Islamic Culture. To achieve the cultural study components of the postmodern city (comparing criteria), Lefebvre’ s three-dimensional analysis of the production of space was used as the primary model (Lefebvre described perceived, conceived, and lived space as three dimensions of Social space which has dialectical interrelationships). Then, cultural Consumption study framework of the postmodern city was extracted from the above model. Based on the above framework, the study of cultural Consumption in the western city is conducted and then finally based on the credit theory of Allameh Tabataba’ i (the late Allameh, unlike many others, credits a part of Culture to the non-human, fixed and other parts of nature, which, depending on the temporal and spatial necessities of existence, are considered to be variable. In other words, part of Culture is considered human and universal, and parts of it are deemed social, historical or temporal). The above components have been explained in Islamic Culture. The results of the study show that the Consumption-oriented Western life is based on self-interest and encouragement to consume more (in order to preserve the survival of the capitalist system), while in Islamic Culture and teachings the collective interest takes precedence over the individual. Therefore, since the Culture and the city support one another, the Islamic city will need its own urban space for community excellence.

بدین منظور جنینهای دو سلولی ابتدایی موش (36 ساعت پس از تزریق (hCG با اپیتلیوم نواحی آمپولا (A)، ایستموس (I)، مخلوط آمپولا- ایستموس (A+ I) و گروه کنترل (C) (مجموعه (10% FCS & Ham’s F- 10) کشت شدند.

Abstract:

Abstract:

The world in which we live is changing every day. Globalization of information and communication technology, fast transferring of experiences and achievements, dissemination of particular Consumption Culture and also, the examination of various aspects of this globalization such as software (content), media Consumption, information society, and particularly Consumption patterns reformation are very important. The emphasis of these communities on the potential of K'Ts to accelerate the economic development and to improve people's lives is significant. This process causes to eliminate the time, space and to control the costs by making things electronic and data transfer fast. This rapid growth requires organizing and culturizing due to the growing needs and for better optimization offering solutions is essential. Resource mobilization, speed, accuracy, and comprehensive review are the necessities facing the experts and social scientists. So this paper describes the features of globalization with exploratory approach and examines a dimension of globalization by interviewing (Delphi) the social experts, which benefiting the social experts' views the strategies and approaches for better management of these technologies are to be determined. With open coding on interviews of 10 professors, key components of assumptions were presented. The results were presented in the form of strategies that all hypotheses were confirmed.
